RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you wish to return your items, we will accept goods that are NOT bespoke/overprinted in their unopened and original packaging within 7 working days of receipt. You may exchange them or request a refund. We will not reimburse return shipping charges, or carriage costs incurred in the initial purchase. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please ensure you retain proof of posting when returning items. Visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carriers delivery note accordingly.
BESPOKE/OVERPRINTED ORDERS
Orders for bespoke/overprinted products – All artwork and any copy must be approved by you, and once gone to print, cannot be changed in any way. Floral Greeting Cards Limited cannot take responsibility for minute differences in colour shades between proofs printed on your home computer and those eventually supplied. Attention is also drawn to the fact that colours seen on a monitor may differ from printed colours. Customers with highly specific colour requirements should seek advice during initial stage of the job. Bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded, so please check your copy carefully.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any item were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carriers delivery note
accordingly AND Contact Us
We will calculate the exact delivery surcharges before your order is processed and your account or credit card will not be charged until this has been confirmed with you.
